Selected Fashions come and go, but it's still there, this good estaminet, undoubtedly one of the city's most authentic, in a street that's very much devoted to mass tourism. Year after year, it still manages to please everyone with its sincere menu that makes no concessions to fashion: pâtés, tasting boards, potjevleesch and welshs (spelled "welchs" here) satisfy even the most voracious appetites. Drink your beer, or take a bite out of it with "ch'tiramisu speculoos".
