To put it simply, take the fish from the fish market, always ultra-fresh and well-prepared, roasted with vegetables and a shallot reduction with muscadet. It's preceded by a few oysters and followed by the galet Saint-Goustan, the house specialty, all wrapped up in a simple, straightforward menu at €42.
