Gourmet Restaurant The decor is classic and cozy, with molded wood, blue, upholstered seats and tables without tablecloths. The tone is rather chic, for a more contemporary and sophisticated plate. Condiments are used to great effect, ranging from terroir to fusion ideas, such as salmon gravlax, cauliflower, candied egg and wasabi, a fine tart with Jargeau andouillette, cabbage falafel with satay, tahini and pomegranate sauce, spider pork with sweet potatoes, labneh and zaatar, apple tatin and ribot milk ice cream.
