There's no shortage of themed restaurants in this truffle capital, and Sandrine and Nicolas Pailhes' is one of the most highly recommended. We appreciate the regularity and friendliness of the service, and the well-balanced cuisine. Because even if you come first for the beautiful truffle menu, the chef doesn't stop there, offering a fine Provencal cuisine as well. Sandrine's advice on the glass is a perfect accompaniment.
