Thierry Horodnyj and his wife have been running this restaurant for many years, establishing themselves as familiar figures in the Outre-Seille neighborhood. The clientele remains as numerous and loyal as ever, drawn here by the restaurant’s intuitive, seasonal cuisine. The dishes are sometimes perhaps a bit too simple, but the €36 Sunday menu remains top-notch: chive cheesecake, smoked salmon and shrimp salad, mustard-braised kidneys with gratin, or chocolate shortbread with salted caramel and chocolate mousse.
