Thierry Horodnyj has been running this restaurant with his wife for over twenty years, establishing himself as one of the best in the area. This pretty house, with its glass roof and parquet floor, serves seasonal cuisine of the highest standard, including Bazoncourt goat's pannacotta, tomato carpaccio and olive crumble, chicken supreme with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and pommes grenailles, bourdaloue-style blueberry tartlet, black sesame praline and Madagascar vanilla crème montée, tonka bean millefeuille, dark and white chocolate mousse and crème anglaise.
