Sponsored At the entrance to the magnificent 13th-century bastide and close to the town's two proud bridges, Éric and Dylan Maucci took over this emblematic stone-and-beam restaurant at the end of 2024. Father and son, one at the stove and the other in the dining room, welcome you with the warmth and conviviality of the Aveyron region, for the wood-grilled gustatory pleasures that this restaurant is one of the few to offer in the département. Enjoy delicately barbecued Aubrac meats and Mediterranean fish, accompanied by homemade sauces and seasonal vegetables from nearby market gardens.
