Gault&Millau's review2025
No reservations are possible, and you have to wait standing on the sidewalk for a table to become available... This is the marketing principle behind L'Entrecôte's success. Arriving at 12.05pm (the restaurant opens at midday), our interviewer entered at 1.15pm. So if the weather's gloomy, it's best to bundle up and get something to do. Then, the liturgy of the entrecôte itself, good meat, a "secret" sauce that won't knock you off your chair, and the wine stamped "Entrecôte" to accompany it. You have to do it once in your life, as a useful experience.
