Neighboring "... the land", the sea cultivates the same qualities, but in a sea breeze version. The "seasonals" turn to the ocean, with octopus salad, smoked cod roe and pesto tarama, fish soup, shellfish platter and tuna rillettes croque. Oysters come from Dupuch or Henry in Quiberon, Guernier in Utah Beach or Geay in Marennes. Desserts shared with other counters.
