The setting is pleasant, the atmosphere warm and the cuisine authentic. Elegance in the rustic, a way of modernizing the terroir while remaining true to its values: fish potjevleesch, revisited carbonade, beef cheek with potato mousse and juniper berry jus, welsh with white cheddar mousse, raspberry-timut berry cheesecake... A good menu at €39, giving you plenty of choice.
