Chef's Restaurant A Breton enclave just below the Fifth Arrondissement, we love the distinctive stone-and-beam decor, which provides a complete change of scenery in an old-fashioned, popular atmosphere, and contrasts with the minimalist, carefully prepared dishes. The dishes are inspired by local produce, and show Brittany in a different light, like the Japanese-style mackerel with soy sprouts and pak choï, grilled beef fillet with pommes grenailles and yuzu mustard, cod and fennel in three ways, or the fine apple tart.
