Gault&Millau's review2025
In the typical village of Camon, with its famous floating gardens that give the inn its name (you'll pass right by them on your way from Amiens), this inn offers a certain comfort. Which would be a little stronger if the cuisine didn't turn a little too easily to a slightly offbeat urban fashion, with its tomato mozza, poke bowl and back of pollack "with island flavors". And yet, the vegetables of the hortillonnages could deserve the spotlight. To put it simply, you could go for the plank to share, the pavé de charolais or the tartare.
