Gault&Millau's review 2025

Just south of Béthune, this charming stone and brick country house champions a seasonal, market-driven experience, in a warm, subdued atmosphere. Chef François Sauternes creates his own recipes according to his whims, with a personal, creative approach and a fine savoir-faire. Good value for money, especially on the Découverte menu at €32. Excellent service.
