Keigo Kimura's second house, just a few meters from the motherhouse and across the street, offers a good variant in a slightly more traditional sense, also mixing cultures at a lower price. Lunch menu at €31, good dinner menu at €48: white asparagus and snow crab with corn purée and fennel salad, fish of the day in a white wine and spinach sauce, entrecote steak with black garlic sauce and zucchini tempura, white chocolate coconut lime and strawberry yoghurt sorbet dessert. Well-built cellar with solid regional references (Tollot-Beaut, Dugat, Duband, but also Brun in Beaujolais, Pinard in Sancerre...).
