Looking for homemade, locavore cuisine? At L'Armoricain, we've got you covered! Not only do all the drinks, hot and cold, softs and spirits come from Brittany, but so do the majority of the raw materials, such as fruit and vegetables, fish, and so on. The menu, which changes every fortnight, features market cuisine and dishes that often combine land and sea, such as lobster and sweetbreads. Bruno Bolmont, the chef, and his partner Lucie, who works in the dining room, deliberately limit themselves to around forty guests to maintain a high level of quality. Depending on the weather, they welcome them in the dining room, in the garden or on the terrace for a culinary experience that can only be described as refined, from appetizers to mignardises. "We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves," confides the couple, who ensure good value for money all year round. Of course, everything is homemade, and the dishes go perfectly with the seasonal cocktails and the selection of wines, all tasted and approved.
