Gourmet Restaurant A friendly market table not far from the station, where you can discover some current and rather well-crafted ideas. The €32 menu offers very good value for money, with well-dressed ideas capable of revisiting the classics, such as a venison terrine with grapes, pistachio and pear jam with Sichuan pepper, buckwheat and onion confit tartelette with Orleans mustard, cauliflower pickles and creamy carrot, lamb shoulder confit, date purée and pommes grenailles, dark chocolate tart, mango confit and almond tuile. Gastronomic menu at €42.
