Add to this a service that works at just the right pace, and you'll be praising the overall value for money: the pressed lamb, pear and coriander, green sauce and buckwheat crisp, the redfish bream, creamy eggplant, snacked mushroom and pomegranate jus, the creamy mascarpone with caramel, speculoos and manzana candied apple, in a well-sufficient menu, at €33.
