Gourmet Restaurant An engaging address in the center of Limoges, which is renewing its offer. It's a charming bistronomy with Parisian accents, contemporary combinations with a few good ideas, such as croustillant of sweetbreads, full-bodied foie gras jus, onion compote deglazed with sauternes, roasted turbot with lemon thyme, hollandaise espuma with white Penja peppers, artichoke poivrade, or grilled duck breast, pea mousseline, grilled polenta, raspberry gelatin and strong jus. Weekly menu €24.50.
