Remarkable Restaurant The location is highly unlikely, 20 minutes from the center of Toulouse, in an industrial zone on the edge of the ring road. But the house is lovely, surrounded by flowers, plants and trees, making you forget all about the surroundings. The dining room is elegant and comfortable (with well-spaced tables), in a hushed connoisseur's ambience, well led by a very good room manager, watching over a young service that is more diligent than committed, and a sommelier who sufficiently demonstrates his skills through a well-constructed wine list. Jérémy Morin masters the ensemble with conviction, offering a tempting and extensive menu (there's something for everyone), as well as two menus (4 or 7 courses) featuring certain dishes from the menu: pressé de paleron de veau, ris et foie gras en gelée, vinaigrette garum noisette crème citron et anchois marinés, snacked red tuna, croustillant de zucchini, ricotta et pistache, fleur de zucchini farcie câpre citron menthe jus de légumes corsés, a fine dish that's rather heavily priced (€52 à la carte), a fine chocolate dessert with morello cherry jelly.
