At the piano, Spanish chef Marta Alemany cooks up locally sourced market delicacies. The menu changes with the seasons, and the lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) changes daily. Start by sampling one of Walid's magnificent cocktails: cocktails of the moment, signature cocktails, forgotten cocktails or even suggestions with little or no alcohol. On the menu, white fish served on a crumble of anchovies and olives, or octopus with sweet potato mousse and chimichurri sauce, for example, delicately arranged on plates that resemble a master painting. For a refined, sweet note, try our handcrafted orange blossom crème brûlée with cardamom, a delight for the taste buds.
