Gourmet Restaurant World cuisine with an eye on the Mediterranean, this Antidote's recipe is rooted in the times and fights all the poisons of boredom: goat's cheese and walnut croquetas, croque-madame maki, panko breaded beef fillet with tonkatsu sauce, cooked beet with tarragon and preserved lemon condiment, skate poached in katsuobushi broth, beef cheek with orange butter sauce... Good-natured atmosphere, good crème brulée, fairly reasonable prices for a first toque d'encouragement.
