It's a good neighborhood bistro for regulars, one of those sincere places that blossom to the delight of connoisseurs. Salade de museau vinaigrette, mayo eggs and rabbit terrine make hearty starters, and the sweetbreads are justly renowned, as are frogs à la provençale and veal chop with morel mushrooms, all at respectable prices. A well-stocked cellar to support the exchange with the plate, friendly and attentive service.
