Gault&Millau's review 2025

Over the years (almost ten years since they won the Gault&Millau award to set up shop in the heart of this pretty Provencal village), Fanny and Yoann have adapted their offer to demand, particularly in low season, relying on salads and burgers for regular entertainment. The chef never forgets that he's also an excellent cook, capable of knitting together a professional foie gras and dishes of the moment that are always a hit with connoisseurs, like this parmentier of navarin lamb with morel mushrooms. And when it comes to desserts, there's always something to enjoy, like a beautifully mastered soufflé.
