Gourmet Restaurant No fuss, no muss, no Ferrero rocks in this bistro embassy, with its cheeky promise in the window: "Drinking restaurant"! A promise kept! This atmospheric downtown establishment opens onto two streets, with several levels, nooks and crannies, a lively terrace and even a cheerful patio. Lots of cachet, and a menu of frequently renewed suggestions that testify to consensual, invigorating and seriously executed cuisine. Engaging pork terrine, frank in taste; free-range chicken topped with a supreme sauce accompanied by creamy polenta. For dessert, the pear tiramisu is perfect. The cellar deserves attention. A committed selection (organic) often available by the glass: Loire from domaines Minchin, Côtes de Gascogne from domaines Laballe, Laxé... Rhone wines from domaines Richaud, Reynaud, Clos Centeilles Minervois... Casual but efficient service.
