Gourmet Restaurant A chic, traditional restaurant in the center of town. Serious work both in the dining room and in the kitchen, and a romantic setting in the 16th-century vaulted dining room where the virtuous work of chef Loïc Balanec is expressed: tomato and mozza tartine, serrano cheese and basil vinaigrette, roast pork filet mignon with eggplant fricassee and tomato jus reduced with thyme, raspberry-scented peach soup in a good €33 formula.
