Elisabeth and Loïc Balanec's table is a fine work of perseverance, open for almost twenty years and consolidating ever more their experience and good taste for traditional cuisine. This downtown restaurant boasts a beautiful XVIᵉ century vaulted dining room, in keeping with the timeless spirit of the dishes, restoring regional recipes to the right level. On the €36 menu, fresh salmon ravioli with leeks, emulsified jus, a peach return and mashed potatoes, jus reduced with balsamic vinegar, pan-fried beef whiting, crispy polenta and full-bodied red wine jus, dark chocolate soup, coffee ice cream and diced brioche.
