Opposite the carré de la Parcheminerie, the restaurant's terraces and cheerful atmosphere add to the cheerfulness of this busy square in fine weather. It's an address for bon vivants who enjoy immediate pleasures: roasted pear with gorgonzola and smoked bacon cream, asparagus risotto with market garden broth and green oil, farmhouse sausage and lentil purée with ginger and green cabbage, pistachio tiramisù and orange blossom ice cream.
