Three elegantly decorated worlds will delight you: a chic palace-like setting, an intimate, typically Moroccan lounge, and a terrace-paillotte as if you were under palm trees on the Atlantic coast. All five of your senses will be awakened! In the kitchen, the chef has come up with some delicate new dishes: the Sultan's crown (caramelized quince, angel hair with poultry and sweetly scented spices), Rfissa, a festive dish of finely cut galettes, spices, green lentils and caramelized onions, not forgetting the famous royal couscous with 30 carefully balanced spices. Sihame will enchant you with a Joyau de l'Alcazar (smooth crème cuite, Kadaïf, caramelized pistachios) or with the Alcazar iced dessert (3 scoops: mint tea, orange blossom/cashew nut and orange cinnamon and Amlou sorbet), pure gustatory pleasures!
