Gault&Millau's review 2025

Alain Duval handed over the reins to a young couple (Vincent Ledemé and his wife Aude) in spring 2019, but the good habits have been retained. Golfers are still raving about this restaurant, which we obviously also recommend to those who haven't mastered the art of short game or bunker shots. Beautiful fish, authenticity and freshness.
