Selected Perched on the road leading up to the Aiguilles de Bavella, this well-known and classic house retains its identity, weathering the seasons with simplicity and efficiency. Hikers, bikers, tourists and regular locals alike are all welcome to share our 100% home-cooked, local, family-style cuisine, either on the terrace or around the large tables in the main dining room, decorated in typical Corsican style. Osso buco, farmhouse sausages, Corsican veal tianu (sauté) with orange after a starter of homemade terrines, Corsican charcuterie or chestnut fritters with brocciu won't stop us from indulging in the temptation of homemade desserts. The flavors are authentic and gourmet, like the walnut tart with shortbread and chocolate-coffee coulis, the apricot crumble with local muscatel and cinnamon ice cream, or the succulent creamy chestnut flan with clementine syrup.
