Sponsored Right in the center of town, this bourgeois house hides an authentic sushi and cocktail bar, and we're sure you'll be telling us all about it! In a room decorated with plants, on a cosy terrace or on a surprising rooftop, savor creations prepared à la minute, subtly accompanied by a Japanese cocktail, based on yuzu or sake. It's up to you. Whatever you choose, freshness and homemade ingredients, right down to the sauces, are always present, and that makes all the difference. Between sushi, maki, brochettes, soups, sashimi, rolls and temaki, all prepared according to the rules of the culinary art, the hardest part is choosing. Unless, like the octopus that symbolizes Deauville's only real sushi bar, you've got eight arms so you can taste everything at once! Success obliges: reservations at Kyo are highly recommended. And for those gourmets who prefer, these delicious little Japanese masterpieces can be taken away or delivered. Don't forget it!
