Selected A Japanese canteen to which we return time and again, for its consistency and authenticity, a truly disorientating izakaya experience. The menu focuses on the essentials: edamame, squid salad, chicken, beef or breaded pork donburi, ramen noodles, pork loin, bamboo heart, bean sprouts and half-cooked egg, udon noodles in Japanese curry broth, fried shrimp, seaweed, lotus, potatoes and carrots.
