Gourmet Restaurant In the proliferating Mediterranean vein, Kemia is one of the best places to eat in the ninth arrondissement. A tempting menu, well-chosen wines and generally well-mastered cuisine: mussels and braised lettuce with an iodized jus in an ensemble that lacks flavor, a good zucchini, cucumber and tomato salad with anchovies and faisselle, simple and right, cherry clafoutis with vanilla ice cream. Wine by the glass well selected, welcome and service, it's said, within the Parisian norm, caught up by diligent young people.
