Description

Théo Fontaine doesn't have Hawaiian roots, but his name sounds exotic: kaï for the wave and éo for his first name. His specialty: poké bowls, as tasted in Hawaii, an offering previously unavailable in Béthune, so he's riding the wave of this now very fashionable dish. Surrounded by his six employees, the Chef offers a healthy alternative to traditional street food. You can choose to compose your own poké bowl, always with a base of vinegared rice, plain rice, noodles or quinoa and a side dish of crudités, fruit, cheese... or treat yourself to a recipe invented by Théo: a salmon signature poké bowl (soy beans, cucumber, mango, avocado, smoked salmon and soy sauce or homemade with a sesame seed topping) or a chicken signature poké bowl (chicken, cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, mushrooms). Today, other specialties such as bao, buns and rice crisps are also on the menu. To take away or eat in, in a vegetalized atmosphere as if you'd crossed the oceans, a change of scenery guaranteed!
