Right in the center of town, a good idea with this contemporary and unifying cuisine, playing with fashion and familiar flavors with care and variety. The large slate makes you hungry, and prices remain contained: marinated octopus and hummus, sweetbread cromesquis with tartar sauce, caramelized tomato tatin, pan-fried red mullet Provençal style, tajine-style lamb sauté with apricots and prunes... The execution is correct, right up to the classic desserts (warm apple tart, millefeuille, chocolate dome...) which bring the bill to around €60.
