Right next to the cathedral, on a lively little street, the yellow facade is as vibrant as Jeanne Louarn herself, who offers a warm welcome and energetic service. The dining room, which extends deep into the building, is simply yet comfortably furnished. Quentin’s cuisine isn’t flashy but demonstrates undeniable skill. Diners can treat themselves and take a culinary journey with delicious crispy sardines marinated in chermoula, balanced by a perfectly harmonious sweet-and-sour sauce. Stuffed clams and tuna rillettes with Madras curry are also highlights, as are the grilled meats, burgers, and the aioli that adds a sunny touch to octopus and the catch of the day. To finish, some lovely chocolate profiteroles will do the trick perfectly. A small wine list… with plenty of typos.
