Watch out, cook on board! While this charming garden in the city has a lot to offer shoppers, they don't always realize that the chef is a true pro who has traveled far and wide before landing in the region, where he was chef at La Mirande some fifteen years ago. With his wife Stéphanie, he naturally thrives in this pretty, slightly bohemian setting, cooking the way he likes based on the market and deciding from day to day, which remains an asset given his technical background. Logical prices for a market cuisine that's always pleasing.
