Gault&Millau's review 2026

This old-fashioned bistro, run by Jacinthe and Matthieu, who contracted their first names for a good cause, has come a long way. The menu is simple, but the cooking and the more or less noble products are well handled: octopus croquettes with spicy mayo peanuts, stuffed cabbage with saithe and haddock bisque crémée, beer-braised beef cheek, sweetbreads with artichoke... Simple desserts, appropriate wine selection.
