Gourmet Restaurant Jacinthe and Matthieu, who have combined their first names for the better, offer the neighborhood yet another example of healthy fashion, ingredients assembled in slash fashion flavored with the ideas of the moment: gravlax of pollack, chickpea rhubarb and lemon salad, grilled octopus with pea hummus, chocolate pistachio brownie with custard.
