Renamed Isidore, Odorico retains its Art Deco cachet in one of the city's most beautiful salons inside the Hôtel d'Anjou. The chic cuisine features refined nibbles and renovated traditional dishes, with many Italian touches: carpaccio, risotto carbonara, Loire mullet with squash mousseline and sage butter, beef chuck à l'angevine with red quinoa and Anjou tomme, cannoli with orange cream and Cointreau. Varied cellar from the Loire Valley to Italy.
