It's an image of the city and its modernity: a summer restaurant, the first "permanent residence" of chef Céline Pham, formerly of Septime with Bertrand Grébaut, who offers Parisians and Arlesians alike the benefit of her market cuisine in fine weather, for a kind of gastronomic improvisation of which she has the secret, in a pretty old-fashioned bistro setting, with rough walls and Thonet chairs.
