Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant Corsican restaurant on a quiet street above the Palais de Justice, offering some pure Corsican recipes and others crafted with a definite personality, respecting the true flavors of the island: migliaccioli (cheese fritters), eggplant à la bonifacienne, ravioli à la brousse et noisette crème de champignons grilled pancetta Corsican tomme, pluma ibérico jus de viande à la Pietra mousseline de carotte et pancetta grillée, figatellis et polenta de châtaigne... It's an image of the city and its modernity: a summer restaurant, the first in the "permanent residence" of chef Céline Pham, ex-Septime with Bertrand Grébaut, who offers Parisians and Arlesians alike the benefit of her market cuisine in fine weather, for a kind of gastronomic improvisation of which she has the secret, in a pretty old-fashioned bistro setting, with rough walls and Thonet chairs.
