Good local ingredients, well-made pinsas and an air of authenticity make this transalpine restaurant one of the most popular in the area. Tasteful "fatto in casa", with amusingly named antipasti ("mambo salentino", "loved and fried" for the arancini...), salads, pastas, and pinsas with various toppings (but you can also find the margherita pizza in triplicate). Cannolo for dessert, nero d'avola to stay in Sicily from a small transalpine winery.
