Not far from the Opinel museum, this former stagecoach relay is now run by Valérie and Philippe Denis, who have turned it into a hotel and traditional restaurant. The pretty vaulted dining room exudes a pleasant old-world charm, and the dishes are reminiscent of local specialties: ravioles du Dauphiné, filet of sea bream with Noilly sauce, filet mignon of pork with Mondeuse sauce, three-chocolate entremets. Smiling service.
