Gourmet Restaurant Between Bourg en Bresse and Mâcon, a traditional red house on the town hall square. Foie gras, snails, frogs' legs, Bresse chicken with morel mushrooms or cream sauce, the restaurant is determined to display its regional identity, but also sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, calf's head, Charolais beef, pigeon, lamb, it's hard not to find a dish that tempts you... Stéphane in the kitchen and Philippe in the cellar ensure the house's reputation.
