Conveniently located at the end of the Cours de Verdun, this modern brasserie has made its mark on the neighborhood. The brasserie's vegetal trend is more a pretext than a mantra, and we're delighted by the variety in this unifying cuisine: salmon tartar with wild garlic, asparagus and scamorza, half-cooked tuna loin with chickpeas and foie gras, rack of pork with mushrooms and parmesan cream. Classic desserts, menus from €40 to €56 depending on the number of courses in the evening, well-stocked cellar with a choice of wines from all over (Fiumiccicoli in Corsica, Richaud in Rhône...).
