Gault&Millau's review 2026

The modern, popular bistro we love. Behind this success story in the very center of town, there's the eye, know-how and thoughtfulness of Alexandre Gauthier, the 5-toque chef who has clearly defined the contours, both in terms of the welcome and the menu. Snacking at all hours, from breakfast onwards, welsh, croque, fish and chips, burrata pistou and the weekly special, vol-au-vent on Thursdays, brandade on Fridays... Good, professional service, wide choice of desserts, smart cellar, by the bottle, glass or jug.
