Not far from the famous Lac de Paladru, Cédric Grondin runs this pleasant Reunionese enclave, where you can discover island traditions in a modern bistro setting. The decor is sober, with a few photos of the faraway land, while the plates are full of exotic flavors: country terrine with foie gras and massalé with vegetable achards, a fish fillet with combawa, an unmissable rougail saucisses, a fruit samossa, apple compote and mango sorbet. Good service.
