Gourmet Restaurant A power trio for an always-full cellar, just across from Square Trousseau. As much focused on wine as cuisine, the address has combined efforts to ensure each segment: advice and cellaring by Étienne Aubron and Derick Fortes Rocha, the former from Pur Vin and the latter from Septime, and cuisine by Mickaël Bui, whom we knew from Tomy & Co. The result is a shared good humor, around well-made small plates: coques du Croisic coconut-curry and Thai herbs, roasted cod, zucchini, sautéed tomatoes, raspberries and piquillo butter, yellow poultry supreme, couscous pearls and apricot-harissa condiment, strawberry gariguettes, rhubarb sorbet, crumble and lemon crème montée.
