Gourmet Restaurant The friendly, innovative bistro of a few years ago has become, so to speak, commonplace, but Glou continues to go from strength to strength, benefiting from a privileged location, constant animation and a quality of plate that does not falter, on well-chosen and sourced ingredients: mussels from Galicia with guanciale, lamb chops from Sisteron chorizo hummus carrots, chocolate tart with raw cream, a pleasant sequence for less than 50 €.
