Elegant, well-executed bistronomy in a warm, bright country house setting. Professional, attentive service, a pedagogical maître d'hôtel and a smiling team. A well-chosen list of natural wines (Le Lavoir) and artisan drinks complete the menu. Generous, seasonal cuisine: refined pâté en croûte, well-balanced guinea fowl, gourmet desserts. Value for money a little high, dishes to be perfected, but the whole seduces with its conviviality and mastery.
