While not all dishes are unanimously acclaimed, there's no doubting Maxime Bouttier's commitment and talent, and our latest experiences have once again confirmed our judgment of this singular, friendly restaurant. The Carte Blanche menu, like everywhere else in Paris, but also the good fortune of a menu that allows you to compose to your heart's content, the chinchard fennel and Buddha's hand, the lamb with a very good jus, oyster mushroom and coriander, the Meyer lemon cardamom granola and kosho make an exemplary sequence and a good return at around €75. A lovely setting in this quiet corner of the eleventh arrondissement, with a wine list of great connoisseurs brilliantly brought to life by the sommelier.
