Gault&Millau's review2025
The idea of transforming what was once a beacon of contemporary cuisine (Le Neuvième Art with Christophe Roure) into a village café playing the role of a Lyonnais bouchon is both fun and pertinent. The sign is amusing, the former train station has retained its cachet in a less intimate layout more conducive to conversation, and chef Philippe Mercier prepares a daily menu (dubbed Gamel' du jour) at €17 with simplicity and fresh produce.
