Gault&Millau's review 2026

Alexandre Gauthier's rotisserie is in full swing. At the far end of the small cobbled courtyard, the room is welcoming, the team is in place, and the customers are in good spirits. There's plenty to choose from when you see the menu on the slate, at €35 for a starter, spit and dessert. Escargots from Radinghem, coquelet from Licques or côte de cochon, chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream make for a tasty sequence, but you can also opt for the dishes of the moment, without turning the spit (whole sea bream with herbs, Basque black pudding from Ospital...). On the wine list, you'll find a wide range of natural wines, as well as classics at reasonable prices, such as Elian Da Ros's Chante Coucou for less than €50.
