Remarkable Restaurant Whatever the ups and downs, positive or otherwise, the Covid, the confinements, the success of the takeaway, the guidebook awards, the increasingly organized competition, Grégory Marchand's Frenchie stands like a lighthouse in the storm, a sure thing that we love to find again, that we love to recommend to those poor fools who don't know yet. A bit like Bertrand Grébaut, Frenchie is the place to go to find out what's going on, what the latest trends are, to get back in touch with the basics and the reality of the field. Reservations are required, of course, and don't expect to find a place the same day for the next day, but that's the price of happiness. The cellar is nosy and modern, and the service just right, close without being familiar.
