A pillar of the Parisian culinary scene, Grégory Marchand has created a style and contributes to the life of the cheerful rue du Nil with his petits Frenchie, where he exposes his intuitions, with relatively few mistakes. This year, like the others, he's back with a beautiful carte blanche menu at €148, which we recommend with pairings from €45 to €115.
