Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just across the street from the parent company, a more natural version to enjoy oysters, seafood and fish in their natural state. Patrick Liron's oysters (Cotentin, Saint-Vaast...), plates and platters, lobster from the vivier, but also mussels in cream sauce and roast sole, entrecôte and tripe in calva. A good Marché formula on the slate at €29, with shellfish tartar with harissa and grilled mackerel with zucchinis the other day.
